We curate and deliver a share of protein, veggies, fruit, grains, and specialty items every week:
- Fruits and Vegetables (about a pint each)
- Proteins (about a pound each)
- Dairy and Eggs (about 1/4 lb cheese, 6 eggs, 12 oz yogurt each)
- Grains (a small loaf of bread or 1/2 lb pasta each)
- Special Treats
The selection of food in your share changes every week. You can choose your share when you sign up, and adjust it at any time. If anyone in your family has allergies or aversions, please let us know and we'll make sure not to include those items in your share.
